Built in 2025 and laid out on a single level, galley, dining, and helm all share one deck, so nobody is stuck below while the good part happens above. Panoramic glass on three sides, which matters more here than it would somewhere warm: on a grey Portland day you are still looking at the river rather than at a wall.

Single-level living
Galley, dining, and helm share one deck. Nobody gets exiled below, and moving around underway does not mean navigating a companionway.
Full galley
Gas range, oven, sink, and refrigeration. Bring what you want to eat; there is real counter space and cold storage to work with.
Two heads, two showers
Both with proper enclosed showers, the practical difference between a short outing and a comfortable one.
Enclosed salon
Panoramic glass and heat, so shoulder-season and grey-day charters are still worth doing. April through October is the season, not just July.
Low air draft
She clears Portland's fixed bridge spans without a lift request, which is why the downtown route runs on your schedule.
Quiet and clean
No smoking or vaping of any kind, aboard or on deck. The boat is new and it is kept that way.
Two ways to charter
A day out, or several
Day charters
Departing Portland. Most groups pick a stretch of river and a rough shape for the day; the captain handles the rest, including where to anchor and when to turn for home.
Overnight charters
Two cabins and two heads with showers means the Gorge becomes a proper trip. Multi-night runs move upriver, tie up or anchor for the night, and come back at whatever pace suits.
